New Player Registration

The on-line player registration is now live.  This is the only way a player can be registered.  Club secretaries are the only people that have access and are allowed to use the system. Please ensure your log-in details are kept secure.

Players registering in the Development Section (u7 & u8) will also need registering using the online system, but as they have no ID Card it isn't necessary to forward proof of age or photographs. However, can I remind all secretaries that when entering this information you are responsible for the accuracy of the entries.

All clubs have received a copy of the new simplified registration form.  They are also available in the download section of this website.  I suggest you use this for all players as it will hold all the information you will require when completing the on-line form. The completed form for players registering in the League Proper (u9, u10,u11) must be returned along with two passport sized (and quality) photographs, proof of age and a stamped addressed envelope to:

Only send copies of proof of age.  Do not enclose any payment as we will invoice your club at the rate of £2 per player.  

There is no limit on the number of players that can be registered for your under 7's and 8's teams.  For under 9's and 10's the limit is 14 players and for under 11's it is 18 players.  Once a player has been registered they cannot be removed from the system, do not try.

Players are not eligible to play without an ID Card. Having registered them into the system does not mean they can immediately participate.  For a player to be able to play at the weekend I must receive your proof of age and photographs by a Tuesday.  This will allow time for you to receive your ID Card by the weekend.

It has become apparent that it is helpful to the on-line system if all teams have a team name extension, even when you only enter one team in an age group.  This is something we need to introduce starting this season with teams in the Development Section only (u7 & u8) only.  When you first log-in click on the box that says Manage Club, you will then see your own details and further tabs for Treasurer, Team Names and Managers. Currently the system has been populated with the information you entered when completing your Form A. Please check that this is correct, any missing information can be entered later.  Click on the Team Names tab and you will see all the teams that you have entered for the coming season.  If you have an under 7's or 8's team without a name extension (e.g Black Sox) please give them one.  If you didn't have a name extension it currently shows the age group as a name.  To edit this, under the team name column, click on the relevant team.  This opens another window where you can edit and save the new name.  You must do this before registering players against these teams.  Do not attempt to change the names of any other teams (u9 - u11) as these will already have re-registered players allocated to them.

To view players that are currently registered to any team, click the selected Yes box against the team you wish to view and then the green tick See Selected Players.  Clicking on a players name will also show their full details.
